PvE Guild <Silent Noobs> [Horde]

Hey there.

As you may know, many people can't get to start Raiding because they simply don't have achievement. But to get an achievement, you must have done a Raid. It's close to impossible.

With me, having the same issue, i decided to start my own guild with people who have the same problem. I think it's the only solutions for inexperienced players to start Raiding. Well, the guild is mainly PvE so, that doesn't many Raid only. We can help you gear, level up and help with whatever we can.

We are recruiting people who are mature, helpful, have sense of humor and are always ready to help anyone having questions, in a need of help with gear, mats, enchants, proffesions etc. Since the guild is new and is mainly focused to people who are not familiar with raiding, there are expected to be many wipes and deaths when we get to do raids. We would like you to not get mad and frustrated about it, on the contrary - smile, even laugh about it cuz i usually laugh on wipes and that gets the mood up. Then analyze what happened, what went wrong and try to fix it.. and try again.

Some requirements:

1. Knows English enough to communicate.
2. It's better if you are older for obvious reasons.
3. Be kind and helpful - very important.
4. Try to don't get mad. When people are yelling at each other, it doesn't help.

Hello. what time zone do you play in? Any days of the week specified for your runs or do you just run it whenever there are enough people? Also, how many members do you currently have? I do apologize for spamming you with so many questions, and thank you in advance.:)
