Cataclysm T12 or t13

I am confused between what to aim for my enhancement shammy shud i go for the T12 set bonus which i think is better than T13 as its just lightening bolt dmg increase.While T12 is all about maximizing the damage of our hardest hitting ability lava lash & the 4 set bonus also increases other skill damage too.

id say go with 2 pieces t12 + 2 pieces t13. if you have both full sets available just combine the items in the way that you get the least hit and expertise and the maximum mastery and crit out of it.
