Cataclysm Any solid, aightforward, yet precise guide for Resto Shaman PvP?

Hi, so I checked google to find a well-prepared guide for Resto shaman PvP which may include a deep explanation e.g. why one must take this or that talent, BiS Items for 4.3.4 ect. Why in some builds i see people take talent in which lighting bolt regenerate your mana, in other the one that when you use shock, than the cost of your healing spells is reduced and in the last build none of those talents are picked....Also if one may tells me it there is anything bugged in Resto Shaman?

If you searched in google then you probably found this one already, but I'll recommend it to you anyway. It's short and simple but it tells you what you need to know.

The long and short of it, as that guide will explain, is that after you've chosen all your core resto talents, you'll have several points left over. There are a bunch of different talents (Totemic Reach, Nature's Guardian, Focused Insight, etc.) that are all good places to put those points, so depending on things like your personal playstyle, whether you play BGs or Arena or both, and so forth, you'll have the freedom of choosing yourself. Resto shammy is flexible in its talents, there is no single optimal spec for every scenario.

The talent in which lightning bolt regenerates your mana is called Telluric Currents. It's a PvE talent, not a PvP talent. If you saw a build that included 2/2 Telluric Currents, then you were most likely looking at a raid healing build, not an Arena/Battleground healing build.
