Cataclysm HC matrix or normal vial for enhancement?

I am ready to buy one 416 axe and one trinket for PVP.
I found lots of ppl say HC matrix is BIS for enhancement. even better than vial? and Why?

The matrix scales with your No'Kaleds so if your lucky with your procs, a unleash weapon + Lava lash is just one shot.
