How well does the Cataclysm Raids\Instances work?

as the title say ^^

i would play mop, but there are a lots of bugs, and now my question is cataclysm fully working?

The majority of instances/raids are working as intended. (cata-wise)

Nearly all low level raids/instances are disabled tho.

You can raid DS fully, FL fully,Tot4W and do nearly all cata instances on normal or heroic mode.
At BWD Nefarian is still buggy from what I know and I think BoT is also working fully (not sure about BoT).
