Looking for PvE Guild(Pref German but also English possible)

Hi,
I'm Marco im 17 years old and im searching for a active PvE Guild for Icc 10/25 and later maybe heroic 10/25ers, i'm looking for a friendly guild which is nice to each other and that can talk on ts and so on (so dont just straight raiding without any fun).

Ingame i am an Ele Shaman with 5,4k gs but without any second spec , firstly i would like to raid on that char only but later maybe i'm going to join with my dk tank or my mage.

I got 10 man and 25 man Icc nh full-achievement and know all content , but haven't done hc yet,
i play long time wow and got a good class knowledge while my strenghts are on dk,shaman and priests.

I hope any nice and friendly and hopefully kinda organised raid group which is actively raiding reads this and writes to me.
