Shaman instant 80 totem problems

When i use instant 80 (deathwing) on shaman, do i have to run quests for starting earth/fire/water/air totems, or i get to learn them all at shaman trainer?

You have to do the quests

You can buy some totem(e.g http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=22395 ) at marketplace for some vote points. But you still need to do quests for some totems I think. Haven't played wotlk for a while.

U must do totem quests even if u get totem from vote points, from quests u get Stoneskin, Searing and Healing Stream totem.
