Darkmoon Faire Reputation

I'm wondering how to increase Darkmoon Faire reputation. I used a card for a hand in and it gave me a little, making the reputation appear on my list, but I have not seen any of the Faire NPCs around, nor is the Faire listed on the in-game calender...

I tried picking up a few of the cards from the vote shop, they require these non-existant NPCs to hand them in.

Does the "The Insane" title simply not exist on this server because of the lack of Darkmoon Faire? Or am I missing something here.

I've got my Bloodsail rep up, and I know how to increase my goblin rep for the achievement, but I'm at a complete loss when it comes to increasing the Darkmoon rep.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Update:

I found the NPCs outside TB, they apparently appear for one week a month in different places based on what Month it is.

I did some repeatable quests there for rep, but they only gave rep the first time I did the quests. I also have several decks from the vote shop, but only one I was able to hand in. If anyone has any tips on how to raise this reputation, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Mate those fairies appear in every first monday, every month. and it lasts for one week. they appear in thunderbluff or in elwyn forest... in may they will come in TB... and yes repeatable quests give u rep only once.... u have to do trinks quests many times to get rep.... one quest gives like 2100+ rep. Don't remember exactly. Anyways i suggest u getting many nobles cards.... then making quest item and turning in... after u get trinks u can sell all of them... :) i hope i helped u :)))
