I keep seeing people placing their stronger 1H weapon on their off-hand
(example: Obsidium Cleaver on main and HoM on off-hand)

Did I miss something in the guides because I never read anything about this. I actually tried this myself and tested dps on dummies and somehow i was pulling 1k more dps than usual. Is it really supposed to be like this? Maybe cuz of some talents like Threat of Thassarian and Nerves of Cold Steel?
