Which server is best for me?

Hey ladies and gents,

I am new to warmane and really hyped to play my favorite exp of all time: wotlk. and perhaps revive some of the happiness I had back then.

I always enjoyed pve most, which leads me to my questions:

- which server should I create my char on when I want to play endgame raid content as Horde?
- Are there any *1 exp - servers right now? I want to catch the old leveling experience :)
- I read some classes are bugged. What about mages?
- How is the economy in general? Is it balanced? Is it worth to level for example jewelcrafting and sell gems on ah or just a waste of time?

Personally I've had the best experience on Deathwing so far. But I play Alliance so it does differ. I find that both Rag and Deathwing have a good amount of pve'rs but cant always be certain. Leveling dungeons wont get that often because most are lvl 80. End game I haven't really gotten there yet.
