So, in blackrock they gave my dk 2 death's verdict, 1 normal version and a heroic version. Does that mean i can use 2 sharpened twilight scale on my hunter norm and hc at the same time?

I don't mean to be a jerk, but it's more correct to say you can't equip them both simultaneously, because they don't actually share internal cooldown. You can equip normal STS, then feign death (lose combat) and equip heroic STS, and it will proc instantly.
