Problems logging in the game

I can't log in the game at all, and i have no idea why this is happening, after i put in my password it says connecting and nothing happens. When i try to log in on cataclysm realms it says login server down, and on wotlk is still says connecting. pls help me. this is the message i get after failing to connect http://imgur.com/odYeYFm

With this little to no information it could be anything.

First of all check your realmlist setting and if they are set correctly: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....-Realmlist-wtf
Second check if nothing is blocking the connection (anti-virus / firewall) and if needed clear your DNS (see google on howto)
Also make sure to login useing your userNAME <--- not email

And if you still cant login .. then you need to provide detailed information we can work with.
