High latency only in battlegrounds when my bandwidth is low (Latency is good )

Greetings everyone,
Well I have this annoying prob that i couldn't figure out for ages , I'm playing Mop ( Frostwolf ) .
The issue is when my bandwidth is low (When I got good bandwidth I don't get this ) even if my network latency is fine I can't bg , I enter the battleground & all's good but once the pvp start my ms jump to crazy numbers & cant cast anything else my ms is really fine outside bgs , My wow is fully dwded ( Full client ) Latency is good , the only prob is when my bandwidth is low I can't bg I never had this issue on previous expansions I hope some1 can figure this out .
