Didint get any coins :(

i cant retrieve my old account from molten so i created new account and evryone had coins and points i didint get anything. What can i do ? i am really active player.

You can't do anything. Those were gifts given to recovered accounts as a token of appreciation and an assistance to kickstart people who were with us when the database was lost and everyone had to start from scratch. New accounts don't get that, and I believe that promotion is over by now even for recovered accounts.

You can still try to get your account recovered by making a support ticket on website if you haven't tried that yet.
