how do i gear up instant 90?

on retail i went straight to timeless isle and got geared in a few hours
but that isnt possible here apparently

Maybe buy pandaria vendor gear, or contenders off of AH, then do BGs and raids to get the better gear.

buy 408 ilvl gear in townlong steppes or buy contender gear in AH - then do klaxxi dailies for a weapon (it's 1 day for exalted since rep is x7). Then just spam Battlegrounds and buy PvP gear... that's the fastest way (you ca also do rdf or raid fider but it's less efficient)
