1. Two Factor Authentication Code

I have been using this when I first created it, on Molten website. After the database loss, Molten made a new site (Warmane) and I was still able to use my authentication code. Until now, when I put the code in, it says that the code is wrong? Did warmane remove the Molten authentication or something? Now I've asked for a removal of this. Hoping they remove it soon...

  2. Oops, don't know how to delete thread. I believe it may be a IP address issue? I moved house just a week ago, after moving my computer, connected it up, I could still connect to my account as I collected my points not long ago. But while using the same browser, I think it remembered that it was the same IP address or something like that. I couldn't use the authentication on other browsers but 1 (What I always used to do my votes etc...) Would it be the IP address? and will I need to wait for removal to create another?

  3. I dont think is IP because I have dynamic IP address and is changed every 12 hours so I dont think that is problem , try turn off 2step-aut and activate it again maybe that will help.

Okay, I've tried again. Warmane removed the two step authentication. I went back to account settings, went to Google Authenticator sub heading, I got the app on my iPod, and scanned the barcode, I got the code, but when I click save changes, I receive this message: "Invalid Two Factor Authentication code, try again." It's not working??

  5. There is an option to sync time somewhere in the application. Try that.

Time based? I've set that on and off, still won't work... What do I need to do? Reinstall the app? And, reinstalling the app didn't work either.

Seems like it's a bit different for iOS. Check those time settings as mentioned in this link.

    1. Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator app
    2. Click "Settings"
    3. Click "General"
    4. Click "Date and Time"

First off, I can't see settings on my Google Authenticator app on iPod. If it is referring to my Settings on iPod, I try that...

  9. There have to be settings somewhere in the application. And time should be the only thing that can cause problems with google authenticator.

If you only want to access your account again and you have access to your accounts email you can remove 2 step authentication here. If you want to keep it enabled on your iPod you have to find settings.

    Nope, there is 3 buttons:
    1. Has headings in it, like: Send Feedback, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Legal Notices
    2. Is for adding a code, (Scan Barcode and Manual Entry of code - done both).
    3. Is for managing the codes, such as deleting and renaming the code.

That's all I see on Google Authenticator???
