"Internal database mail error." - Stained Shadowcraft Pants

Hello! I need help! When I try to send [Stained Shadowcraft Pants] via mail, I get "Internal database mail error" and it basically refuses to send. Please, I need help with this, I want to put these pants on my other character! The character I want to send the pants to can receive any other BOA item, regular items, or even money. How do I solve this!
