New Modem new Issues.

I'm about to kill myself, after I got a new modem I'm unable to open my world of warcraft client my other expansions seem to work fine, (Mists of Pandaria) It seems to work from time to time but not always.
The error:
"Data/enUS/wow-update-enUS-17325.MPQ: Cannot stream required archive data. Please check your internet connection"
And yes, I've checked any google solution, this forum the entire planet, I did flush dns I completely reset my modem, I checked my internet explorer lan settings which worked at first and now not anymore. I'm dying over here, I tried to open special ports for it too, didn't seem to work, I disabled my antivirus, firewall and tested still didn't work, I disabled my net's firewall, didn't work.

I'll be very grateful for a solution.

if its cataclysm try reinstalling several times, worked for me. lucky you didnt get Error#123

Oh also forgot to mention, I tried a whole other client, same thing, also I've mentioned its only happening in mists of pandaria.
I need a staff help here maybe, because I've checked and for some reason my ports are failing to work on molten, either that or talk with my internet company.
