will it start with savage/hateful/deadly like it was on retail? and eventually furious with ulduar etc.. or will it be endgame content from the start?

It will be progressive realm .things released step by step. It's what I would like it to be at least. First raid and pvp season (fully scripted N/H) for few months then next raid and pvp season 2 and again..

It hasn't being confirmed to be planned like that, they're not sure how they want the progression to get yet, atleast i haven't found anything confirming it'll start at Naxx/Season 5 which i think it definitely should

I think if you want to relive the experience of Wotlk is necessary for the vanilla, tbc, and raids are released at a leisurely pace..
