Getting into Raids

So I finally decided to start playing on Warmane-Cataclysm again, this time around however, I do NOT have the same amount of free time to raid on a schedule.

I have started playing sporadically whenever I have the time to, but I can't get into raiding again since all Pug Leaders I meet are asking for achievement to even get started back from the bottom.

I have raided about a year ago in a consistent 3x/week schedule with my guild in Sargeras, and have progressed 8/8 10man Normal DS. I DO know the fights and have the appropriate full pve gear with Gemmed, Enchanted, and basically Raid ready at 382ilvl Holy Paladin. As I said, it is just nearly impossible, Any suggestions as to how I deal with this?

No pug is going to let you join their raids without the achievement... It's sad, I know, but it's just the way it works... I would just suggest getting into a guild that raids whenever you're available for it aswell...
Or you can try to get that achievement add-on that fakes the achieve, but I don't think it works... Its name is fake achiever... I used it in 4.1, I don't think it works on 4.3, though...

Anyway, those are my suggestions, hope you can get back to raiding! :)

Just get into guild, in a month with guild i've gotten to hc warmaster. Never raided before.
