Most players in LFR, BG and RDF show up as unknown

When ever I use the LFR, RDF and BGs almost everyone shows up as Unknown. When in groups not originating from LFR or such I can see everyone fine. This is also affecting some addons such as Recount. In Recount, players who are unknown are put into a single group and I cannot see each player's individual data, just their combined. I was wondering if I could get some help with this issue?

Its a visual bug, you can fix it by typing in chat /reload.
