Sacrifice Worgen Strating zone quest

i started the quest Sacrifice and when i reach the bridge were the horse jumps in Cathedral Quarter he turns left and starts going in to the mountains
so i exit game and start the game again. when i log in with my caracter im not on the horse and im back were i get the first quest. I go back to try to do the quest again and but the quest giver is not there so im stuck there. i made 3 caracters and the same happened.
pls help

and i see that im not the only one with this problem
