Dude it's same in cataclysm these pesky losers roll str version (proc trinket) on rogues. I played my self retail and i never saw a single dude who roll on paladin/warrior agility items.

Sometimes feels like people don't have brains.
about hackers we can't do a single F.. No one cares about them. Smaller servers care about hackers and quality here only care about quantity nothing more.

No wonder why online from 23-22 droped to 13-10k in few month... Servers became far far away from quality ....

  3. Ye, and I think only i have this problem here but nop :)

  4. Agility builds on Warriors and Rets on retail only really existed in top guilds where the best theorycrafters were. However, these servers have had WotLK for over 5 years now. People are going to figure out what sort of items and builds are good.

Don't get me wrong though. I feel your pain, and I don't believe such leather items should go to a Ret or Warrior before a Rogue or Feral. Unfortunately, that's not always how raid leaders handle it though.

  5. As Lynea has said, it's all about giving it a few thinking. It hurts being only able to use leather and clothes and seeing how a Paladin or a Warrior wins a leather item. But it's infact WORTH, these servers have been online (Private servers) for 7 years+ and a looooooot of people have thought about which items are better for a class. I think you're capable of thinking on how stats work then I don't think I need to explain that to you.

You might also think why 90% of warriors and rets use leather items, if you take your time to inspect them you'll realize that there's a reason behind that. And that reason is what I've stated above, that we've been in this expansion for 7 years and people has done research about which items maximize your performance. *Please consider looking at some guides here on the forums, you might learn a lot about classes which aren't just rogue*

Another points is the raid rules, these will be handled differently from each raid leader you got. Personally, I don't give a f*ck about warriors/rets/rogues/ferals/dks because I do know it's legit for them to wear those items. Some others will not and I respect that, you should ask that before joining a raid if you don't want to get surprised.

About hackers, there's only one thing we can do to stop them and that's reporting them. If you say that in smaller servers, they control it more efficiently you're wrong. Just think that here we're 15-16k players. Do you think that 10 GMs can be monitoring 16k players at once? It's simple, they just cant. So they depend on we the players to help them. Hire more GMs? Ya, now you do realize they need to get paid for it and a LOT more reasons for why this is happening.
*This reply goes to you Aretons, I'm sorry by being aggresive but I just can't stand this kind of threads by my exposed reasons. Hope you learn a bit more and one day you'll agree with me.*

No offense RaidCrusher, but... please THINK. k ty.

  6. What about moonkins not being allowed to roll cloth items if there is a mage/warlock/priest that wants it? Or resto shamans?

Also, I sincerely recommend you not to raid in pugs where sh*t happens when loot is distributed. Join any advanced raiding guild. At least there the loot rules are available for you to see before the raid, so you know in advance if you will be denied the items you need. And the more important part - most good guilds have their "main" raids filled with better equipped characters so the chances that someone else will roll for your items are smaller. In pugs there are maybe 5-10 people rolling on the same item, while in guild raids - barely a couple of people (if any).

Good luck playing a rogue, I am certain that what most people claim (rogues are bad, better get a paladin) is unjust.

  7. What about moonkins not being allowed to roll cloth items if there is a mage/warlock/priest that wants it? Or resto shamans?
I don't know how it is for them, but the DPS difference between a strength and agility built Ret is not very much.

  8. Ik m8 it can be annoying but u cant offense ragnaros players cuz it's actualy blizz fault suddenly fixed on cata. And its absolutly normal that warrs take leathers over plate alternatives which give bad stats, same about boomies or hpala usin cloth wrists mail waist from rs , its about statistics on items , but some rets take it to serious like pp belt over vdw one ,rest like back sindi or rs wrist , rot ring ,polearm is ok. And someone mention dks , they use plates only.

  9. This one time I played warrior in ICC pug, they said warrs can't roll leather (g'bye toskk's, adriana's and such). So festergut plate hands drops, guess how much people did QQ after I won them (what else hands I can get from 25 that are plate? none). "They aren't for warrs", "they are for palas" and "they are for DK's" followed for the rest of the raid. Armor type doesn't mean crap in WotLK. There are items in other armor types that just happens to be better than the ones you should "equip". ie boomkins for leather, hpalas for plate etc.

    Don't blame community, blame blizzard.

  10. What about moonkins not being allowed to roll cloth items if there is a mage/warlock/priest that wants it? Or resto shamans?
Its different for boomkins, because every 25 man icc leather caster item got spirit on it and so actually is a restoration item, wich means the only pure leather-boomkin items are the tier parts and the ruby sanctum bracers. Also there is no such difference between the stats on leather caster items and cloth caster items because spellpower is spellpower but agility is not strength.

  11. spellpower is spellpower but agility is not strength.
I'm not sure what u mean but but it's obvious thats diffrent stats. Anyway i hope i explain u that on warr example if u are hit capped and expertise but still no passive 1400 arp and u gem for it and u can have plate hand with str crit hit its obvious agility one is better since more crit, arp on items which let u get passive cap and gem str. Like this get more crit
and same or better amount of str instead of useless over capping stats like hit expertise or items with haste. I hope i explained.

  12. No matter how hard people try to justify loot priorities (even with proof), there will always be issues because gamers by nature are greedy.

Don't get me wrong, we all need to complain if we get screwed but, at the end of the day, it's a video game and you might as well do something else that makes you fun. For instance, if I keep losing in battlegrounds and just wiped at ICC gunship, I won't go to the forums and cry about it; instead, I create good karma by helping lowbies do quests.

No one hates gamers as much as gamers do.
