A call for fellow PPC Mac users

Hi all,

i was wondering, am i the only one who still plays this game on a PPC Mac (PowerMac G5 Quad)? Since the World Chat on Mac's was fixed on 2015-05-20, i'm not able to connect to the server anymore. It's definitely related to this patch, and the strange thing is, only Ragnaros is affected, as it was with the World Chat bug.
I know, i should only make a bug report and not a forum post (which i did: #1524), but as i'm part of a real small minority here, i'd like to call out for fellow PPC users (or other people who'd like to help) to get some votes on the bug, as i fear it would never be fixed otherwise...
It should be pretty trivial to fix this bug, too, as everything works on Blackrock. Maybe one dev could look at the differences between these 2?
Please, i need your help, the only machine i can play WoW on is my G5, and i don't want to start over again with all my characters.
I could also have a look at the code myself (which, i assume, is nothing the Warmane team would grant me) and would also be willing to make a donation specifically for fixing this bug, if needed :-)
So, please don't delete this thread, maybe some people are willing to help a fellow gamer out.
