Problems with starting the game

This problem is starting to annoy me really, every time I start the game first pops out ,,open file security warning" and it continues to pop up even If I unchecked not to appear again, and on main screen, every time Licence agreement window show up and accepting 3x and writing my acc details so I can log in, and it happens over and over again, is there a solution for these annoying and unnecessary problems?
