Pandaria Need help Guide suggestion for PvE and PVP

I wanna ask you if you can put some guides in the comments for this patch (or this server) about PvE and PvP, because i know
absolutely nothing about about locks in this patch even (havent played a lock since Wotlk).
Any help will be great!

Destro for PvE, Affliction for PvP.
Everything about the class is totally off and bugged ATM with no hints of improving anything.
Demo is unplayable.
Destro is semi-viable at PvE
Aff is a beast in PvP, though not half as much as could be
Go on YT and use PreachGaming's 5.4 guides if you decide to roll a lock.
But be warned, you ain't goin' nowhere major
