I have old account, with name martuxasss when i try registrating i get this. That account name is already in use, try again.
i know old password and when i try login i get Incorrect account name or password.
when i tree RETRIEVE AN ACCOUNT i get this.. The information provided does not match any accounts.

it's like i can't creat the account cuz it's createt but when i try login ar retrieve it's says deos not match or incorrect. what i need to do?
