Darkmoon Faire Trinkets

I've just bought the crane deck as I want the relic of chi-ji trinket. The only issue is that the darkmoon fair isn't in town, however it also doesn't say on the calendar that it will be? Would anyone be able to shed some light on whether you can actually get the trinkets on these servers, or whether it's just worth me vendoring it. Thanks
