recover my old account , but in game characters are all gone

okay, i have got one of my old account back by recovering it, but when i log into the game ,the characters are all gone , is this normal? i mean , u can only get ur account back, but the in game characters of this account cant be restored?

Yes, it is normal, the recovery process does not restore any characters, only the account with the coins and points.
