1. Need unique GM help (recovering account)

    So, days before the old Molten perished, my account was hacked by presumably a botter.

    As this account hasn't been recovered, I am desperate to recover it as a lot of time and money was put into the account. I was wondering if there was any way to recover it despite the email being changed? I have mountains of evidence to prove that I am the original account owner as well as evidence to prove I made all of the donations. I have the original account activation email, history of passwords, names of all characters that were on the account, banking information in relation to the donations, the official email notifying me that my email address had been changed (to the hacker's email address) and literally anything you can think of, I have it.

    Is there anything I can do or is it hopelessly lost forever?

    I appreciate how busy you guys are, but is there any chance of a GM commiting time to help me via Skype or something? The standard replies I've received in the past just seem to be by-the-book and don't really help. I hope there is something that can be done.

    I understand this and perfectly accept it. I just need the account with the currencies.


  4. You have to make a support ticket on website. That's the only way to recover old accounts now.
