here is my issue, on the 1st account i have 10 characters, I am a daily player, i create a goblin work on him get him to Ogrimmar log off get something to eat log back on about hour later NO CHARACTERS at all on account. No I don't share my account info and reasonably sure i'm not a phishing victim. But i decide to be cautious i now procede to use my premium account that i was just using for wrath and had this other account for cata. Now i have 2 characters just trying rework one back to 85. I decide to make a goblin all goes well i log off to go to the store i come back log in and guess what no characters on this account either. i create a character submit a ticket, i am told i can restore characters from the store om the site, i go there try it and get response ''You Do Not Have Any Characters That Require Restoration On Neltharion'' I still have bits and pieces of data stored in the computer/c:/program files/wow/wtf/account folder with all my characters names. Unsure what is going on 2 diff accounts diff e-mail diff login but right after goblin creation log off and no characters on account. Any help restoring my toons and resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. if I am S.O.L. recovering my toons, then any help resolving future occurences of this issue would be appreciated as well
