Technical WoW crashing on character

When I enter some zones with Ioanpaveldve and rarely with Fakelmann (the characters on this account) my game crashes and gives me the error I linked below. Somehow this happens only on this account since I logged on others to see if I'll get the same error. Also on this account my achievements are also bugged and I can't open the menu or get the notification when I complete something. If this isn't the place to submit my bug I'm sorry and will move it elsewhere. The problem shouldn't be with the game itself because other accounts work and I just downloaded it again from your link.

UPDATE: Started happening to characters in other accounts as well.
