hey, not necessarily implying that its the case but even if the main goal was to make money, regardless; satisfying customers should stay the priority for the long run
and so imo, the following is urgent
#1 - to not remove already unlocked transmogs from players
with the way this realm used to be, it was clearly presented to us that by achieving X arena rating we were gonna obtain X transmogs and keep them, removing those transmogs from us now and make us farm a currency to get them back is definitely not satisfying
another important point is that it betrays the trust the players have toward the server, which has as consequence to demotivate people to play here;
=> "how can we trust that warmane wont remove our transmogs again in the future?"
=> "if warmane took back what they gave us in exchange of X effort, they will do it again"
lastly, browsing transmogs with the classic transmog npc by freely trying different ones without having to care about a cost to do so was srsly enjoyable and one of the biggest unique strength of this realm, and that shouldnt be changed
#2 - to reduce all players mmr and teams’ ratings by 25% when a season ends, instead of the usual 100% reduction
this would help getting casual players motivated, which eventually leads to a higher amount of active players
players would also appreciate since it would keep the ladders balanced rating-wise
#3 - to add a really small pvp zone with no groups allowed and a huge amount of LoS, something like a castle, menethil harbor in wetlands for example
this would also help getting casual players motivated, which slowly leads to a stable higher population
They should rework all transmog system to unlock it by 2s, 3s and just give Transmog Tokens and some honor tokens or something for Soloq games since is a high populated bracket and it shouldn't be the most played, use retail titles to arena tops, r1 on 3s, gladiator to x%, duelist, rival, challenger .
People who has a vip have no rewards atm, just 3 different tmogs and nothing exclusive.

Bracket completely based on random can definitely not be described as 'hard'. The hardest bracket is still classic 3s whith a mindgame when both teams play with a skype and develop strategies.
According to the topic, I really think you should allow us to use transmogs which are already unlocked. Especially when it comes to donated ones.
lel they removed soloq mog, worst idea ever and btw it's funny how you reworked the rating req from transmog 2,4k 2s for mogs..
did you see the r1 teams max rating from the last 4-5 seasons? there was like 3 teams over 2.4k after that there is a huge hole and the next teams were like 2250
Removing xmogs from Soloq is the best way to make other brackets active but btw they had set same rating on 2s/3s to got xmogs, 3s should be pretty lower than 2s in rating reqs.
Good ideas, I agree with the suggestions and would certainly not mind seeing them implemented :P
And about the off-topic posts, I understand the justified disappointment almost all players feel because transmogs just got removed from everyone which I also disagree with obviously, but I have to admit that it is still pretty sad to have a spam of pretty off-topic comments when in reality this could improve the quality of AT.

More custom pvp zones are really needed but im afraid that a free for all battle wouldnt be a lot of fun because it ends up in a brainless massacre that doesnt involve any tactics when its not allowed to team up with other players.
Imo it would be more fun to have a team deathmatch. Similiar to a bg there are two teams and the goal is to bring the enemy ressources to zero by killing enemys.

hey, bah if you want to team up and improve tactics then arenas are still the best place for that!
ive personally experienced such type of truly FFA zones a lot on another server a long time ago and it was definitely successful, with such high amount of LoS it rly isnt that bad as far as brainless massacres go xD and even then a lot of players enjoy that tbh, there would still be the isle of quel danas zone to team up anyways
but yeah i remember reading your suggestion of a team deathmatch zone and it seemed nice too, especially if it was matching players together by using their highest soloq achievement imo, an option i would also recommend for isle actually
it would make your idea kind of a custom bg using a really small map with a lot of LoS and some type of hidden mmr
in any case, the key point is to implement an additional pvp zone being really small along with having a huge amount of LoS, which has as goal to get the casual players motivated at any hour as well as the hardcore non-sleeping EU players and finally the north american players which are mostly present during the server's night time^^
