Technical Patch required Wotlk

Hello i have a problem, everytime i want to start wow a message appears and it says
"Patch required" after that nothing happens and i can not get ingame.
I tried to redownload it and i also used a different wow from another pserver.
I do not know what to do anymore. Maybe someone can help.
