Ingame Mail system bug

Hello,

I'm making this post with all my respect to the community of players and game masters. Today at hour 4:47 server time i have sent a mail from my account A to my account B with exactly 900k gold. I've received the mail with my gold on account B but when i looted nothing happened. I've waited few seconds considering the fact that it might have lagged or w/e. After i've saw that my gold wasn't added to my inventory i disabled my addons for interface to be sure it wasn't a visual bug. In the end the worst happened i've lost my gold on something i dont even know what it is a bug, a server limitation w/e. In my last attempt i've made a ticket with the exact data of my accounts characters date and hour of the event. The response wasn't in my favour - short they cant restore lost curency. I've made this topic to see if this happened to other players and why not encourage the game masters to do tests on this type of things and find the source of the problem so it wont happened again. And to conclude this "story", i want to ask is there any type of log system in development ? Or this type of events will always end with the phrase - sorry we cant help you.

- P.S 2 - I have found the source of the problem and is a server bug - an unusual one that affects only players with a lot of gold better said players that are close to gold cap. If u are looting gold from a mail and that amount of gold will get you over gold cap you dont get the message at gold limit. You loot the gold but is not added to your inventory it just vanish like it happened in my case. I will make a bug report on this and hope will have an urgent fix.
