Read the dev log, why is there no heroics being scripted for ToT? Instead devs are working on SoO ? Please please please tell me you wont be following this progression you've already done with MOP. releasing a heroic raid when new teir gear is already ahead of it making the difficulty non existent. I can only assume that this is the route that is being taken, since no word on heroic tot being scripted has been said, and now SoO being scripted instead.
