Cant log in with my old account!!

Hey guys, i played here when Frostwolf was cata realm, and i had several characters on my account, including an elite glad mage, etc...
Now i wanna come back to play in Frostwolf, as pandarian, but i cant log in with my account. The account is exist, becouse i cant create an other account with that name, but when i try to get a password change email, its write, there isnt any account with that name.. so, could you help me about that?
Were there any account delete, or something? Have a nice day guys

A while ago, molten suffered what was called "moltdown". There were some issues with the admins and what not, which resulted in molten getting closed and warmane coming up in its place.

Yes, all character data was wiped and there is nothing you can do about it.

You could open a ticket with this id and ask to retrieve your old id back, however you will not get ANY of your toons/achievements/items back.

The process is pretty quick and should not take long.

So, if i open this ticket, is there any chance, to get back my old character? (without achievement, items ofc) Or i just get back an empty account?
One more question :)
Inside account settings, where i can find that i could open a ticket about this problem?
