Old Molten player wanting to restore account

I've been reading about how you can submit a ticket to have vote points and coins that you had on your account on Molten returned to you, and I was wondering if I could still do that? I've made a new account and already started leveling toons on it, but I was wondering if maybe I can still get my old account with my points and coins on it back. I don't mind starting over with my toons, I just really want my points and coins, because from what I remember, I actually had a lot saved up. And if possible, a transfer of my toons from my new account to the old one, but again, I don't mind starting over. I just have no idea how to submit the ticket or if Warmane is still offering that service.

You can still get your account back. You have to make a support ticket on website here. Your chars can not be transferred to another account so you will have to make new ones.
