    Allow honor transfert

    Allow us to transfert honor between all our characters so it's easier for us to buy a mog token before it resets.
    Cause actually u have to play 24/7 to hope getting a full mog set within 2 weeks.

    I agree I play 5 different classes and got like 2-5k honor on each of them, so I can never get a token before it resets qq.
