Well. you can... if you can organize the group.. Even I rarely see it now days with the exception of weekly raid quest. I believe there are ppl who want to do it just that you need to know the tacts so you can lead. Btw I heard ulduar 25 is bugged though I have no idea which part it is (probably the vehicle part). Beside, lordaeron ptr is preparing to launch with the idea of blizzlike which is bug less and progressive (like naxx is out first then ulduar later). If you like, you can wait for lordaeron or try to organize a raid group.
