Hi all, so i've just found out about warmane. Last time I played was like 18 months ago on the molten wow realms.

So now my brother started playing here first and he said that he was able to retrieve his old account and get coins for everything he lost in the process of the crash of molten wow. So he was able to creat a lvl 90 for free with his coins.

So I was interested and wanted to do the same thing. But everytime when I try to Remake my account it says: 'This username is not available' and when I try to recover my email that was tied to that account, it says: 'this username does not exist'. Altho I enter the exact same name both of the times.

Can someone of the staff help me out please. Or explain what i'm doing wrong?
