need help! dont know where need to go to lvl up! everywhere is bugged! help !

First of all, in Hyjal are tons of quests that work, if you went there at level80 you should be able to get at least 82-83 without any experience bonuses. After that there are some quests in Deepholm and Uldum, the second one having more then enough quests to get you to 85. Last tip: do Twilight Highlands arena at 84, gives a ton of experience and a good starting weapon at 85, without exp. bonuses however the arena isn't enough to gain a full level so you will have to quest some more in Uldum after the arena.

Hyjal can get you to 84 without problems if you went there on 82.. really many quests are working last time I did level some alt.. twilight has some working quest (for the alliance I'm talking about) uldum was working as well for me last time I could get rep with the chain quest almost got stuck with the rep but I got exalted
