Quest items not dropping/kills not counting

I'm leveling up a hunter in the Frostwolf realm, I quit the game then after I came back I started questing again, first in the Swamp of Sorrows, no quests were working, no quest items were appearing, kills weren't counting for quests, then I figured it was probably a bug of the area so then I moved on to the Blasted Lands to be surprised by the same thing, no quest items dropping/appearing and kills still not counting for any quests, so now I'm pretty convinced I'm the one that's bugged, or I'm just extremely unlucky to see both these regions bugged. Can anyone help?

No, I've stated it before that I just can't get the quest's kills/items at all, I tried through Swamp of Sorrows and Blasted Lands
