re-starting cata and goblin starting zone

ok so i had a cata char back before all the cuffel with molten around that time i got in to Wotlk manly doing icc having spent a good time doing that. iv recently decided to go back to cata i was hoping that there was a way to get a lvl85 to start as i had one before the reset and i got them back on the Wotlk servers but hay-ho i think i waited too long. I am now trying to level a char and have gotten to the lat quest on the first part of the goblin zone and it seems to be 100% bugged after spending 20mins tying to get to Trade Prince gallywax i finally got on his bot to hand the quest in and it just wont. i have my hart set on goblin as my race so is there eny way i can get some help or a bug fix ext
