    Old Account Recovery

    I have stopped playing MoltenWow for more than a year now. I was a donor. I tried to login back to my old account but the information was not in the system. I tried account recovery and it produced the same results. Any GM's can help me?

    Not GMs, no.
    You will need to open a Support ticket (one of the options at the "My Account" section) to get assistance in recovering it.
