Character restoration is meant like an option to restore your old character?

go to "my account" tab --> "support" and open a ticket for account restoration, tell them u tried the auto restoration feature and it didnt work and some info.
restored 2 accounts like that ^^ they give u some credits too for the deleted chars from the past but if u want to spend them on lordaeron, it doesnt matter coz points system gonna reset soon (be4 lord is up)
