everytime i start my mists of pandaria client which i downloaded through the warmane site ,its like i run it for the first time ! windows asks me for a permission to run it coz the source is unknown ... then when im in ,always i have to get that terms of use thing ... then all the sittings are back to default ,i fix the sittings play for a couple of hours then log off then again the same when i run wow again ... please help me !
and is there another realm than frostwolf ? coz i only see frost wolf ! is frost wolf a pvp realm ?

Open your wow folder then go to WTF -> Config.wtf right click and untick "Read-only".
This will fix your settings reseting.
As for your Windows Permissions you can change that in your Control Panel.

We only have Frostwolf at the moment, which is a 7x realm.

Uhmm i kinda have the same problem but my mop just won't start it say's the following: Data/enGB/wow-update-enGb-18273.MPQ cant't make a required change to an archive file.So yeah i can't even login. Please help !!

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

ok i can get past all of that but when i log in its either stuck on "connected" or when i click on the realm i want it says "logging in" for a split second then doesnt do anything, no matter how many times i push it nothing happens =(

Do you live in Iran?
IF you do NOT then it is because you are still using old 5.4.2 client so you have 3 different options:
1) go here: https://www.warmane.com/download and get full 5.4.8 client by selecting "Mist of Pandaria"
2) or by selecting "MoP minimal", it is a 16MB installer which let you play and download the game at same time
3) if you are using 5.4.2 WITHOUT WoD models then you can Upgrade it to 5.4.8 by following this easy guide: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=319716
