ETA on DW xfer?

I and a few others would like to know when it will be possible for this to be enabled again. I don't understand why it isn't yet, because of the fact that sometimes Deathwing has slightly more of a population than Ragnaros does. Some of the communitys' mains are stuck and frozen so to speak because we cannot transfer back.

I've submitted a ticket once to get an answer, but was not given any sort of eta.

they normally only open transfers when there's a decent different in the population. a "slight" difference probably isn't enough to see them opened.
