    How long!???

    i made a support ticket 3 days ago and yet no one has answered it . tell me when they're gonna read it

    whenever they get the tickets ahead of you dealt with. ticket reply times all depend on how many tickets are ahead of you, and how many staff are actually available to go through them.

    Ban appeals are low priority & wait times are usually around 4 days.
