Hey there,

so after quite a while of not playin WoW i returned to Warmane. I got my old acc recovered and due to the charwipe i got 120 coins refunded. Now i lvled a war up to 80, didnt spend any coins, added 30 coins extra for 30 $ just to realise that i couldnt buy SM with the coins. So basicly i got 2 questions.

1) Why cant i purchase SM with the coins i got refunded? Its not like that i got them for free or something, i donated for them, just not now but like a year ago.

2) Now that it looks like i cant purchase SM, is there any way to undo the last transaction? I added the 30 extra coins just to buy SM. If i cant purchase SM, i dont want the extra 30 coins...

1. Because they are refunded coins. They are coins you got and used like an year ago. Only people who had used their own coins "from like an year ago" to get Shadowmourne back then were allowed to reacquire it with refunded coins. We don't want people getting legendary items like that with coins they had used on other stuff;

2. Donations are something we take quite seriously. Information about how you could use refunded coins were stated and repeated on the Forums, so you only weren't aware because you didn't bother reading any of it. Trying to charge-back a donation might be possible but, as I said, we take it very seriously, and the result as far as I know is your access to our servers being terminated.
